Paint & Plant at NEON’s Glass Wheel Studio
Two months into spring and community art projects are popping up every weekend in Norfolk's NEON Arts District. Glass Wheel Studio recently hosted a Paint and Plant party in their new courtyard, which is in the process of being beautified by local art lovers.
